From the "Government Lies" mini-series written and directed by Deanna Meske. Chip plays Troy Anderson an acquaintance of Erica Weston (played by Deanna Meske) who in the past has worked along side her in various under the table dealings. Troy tries to double cross Erica and it does not turn out well for him or his goons.
